PRESENTATION: Climate change adaptation: implications for water management on Vancouver Island
SPEAKER: Brian Wilkes is a Victoria based biologist and environmental consultant. He has worked on numerous water and watershed related projects in Canada and in several international settings. He has a special interest in policy and governance arrangements to improve water, watershed management and issues related to sustainability.
How has the climate been changing on Vancouver Island? What is expected in future years? How should we adapt to climate change on Vancouver Island particularly water management and supply?
