Victoria Region Men’s & Newcomers Club (VMNC) – Constitution

1. Name

The name of the Club shall be the Victoria Region Men’s and Newcomers Club (VMNC).

2. Objective

The objective of the Club is to welcome men living in the Greater Victoria Area so that they may establish friendships with other members and to provide social activities so that such friendships can be continued.

3. Member-Funded Society

VMNC is a member-funded society. It is funded primarily by its members to carry on activities for the benefit of its members. On its liquidation or dissolution, this society may distribute its money and other property to its members.
