SPEAKER: Marc Lortie will speak at the January 26 luncheon. He has been diplomat, Prime ministerial spokesman, and trusted advisor to various prime ministers on federal-provincial issues, Latin American and European affairs and ambassador to France and Spain. He will speak on the state of play in Europe 6 years after Brexit and one year in the war in Ukraine and give us the opportunity to have a good tour d’horizon on political, military, trade and economic issues with a focus on relevancy to a Canadian audience.
