Field Trip – Historic Pub Walk – March 12th

Our next field trip will be on Thursday, March 12th when we will again join up with Dave Mason of Come See Victoria, for his Historic Pub Walk.
Downtown Victoria has a wonderful collection of vibrant pubs in some of the most notable heritage buildings in the city. On this pub walk, our group will get a sense of how these wonderful old buildings and the people associated with them have shaped the city of Victoria, augmented with lots of old photos, all while sampling beers from the multitude of craft breweries for which Victoria has become renowned.

WHAT: Historic Pub Walk of downtown Victoria

WHEN: Thursday, March 12th at 2:00 PM

WHERE: Meet at the Victoria Visitor Centre, 812 Wharf Street at 2:00 PM

WHO: Limited to first 20 members who register on-line below. Tickets on sale until 12:00 p.m. on March 9th

COST:$30.00 to cover the cost of the tour, a gratuity for Dave, and a couple of beverages.
